Patients can be directly referred to us by email , by fax (fax number 031 312 3770) or post (click here for downloadable REFERRAL FORM). Please use 031 312 3737 for telephonic referrals. The Gastroenterology Group Practice is a referral clinic. Patients are referred for diagnostics or treatment by their General Practitioner or other treating doctor. Only in exceptional circumstances can patients refer themselves. We recommend patients contact their General Practitioner in case of illness, who will then refer to us in appropriate cases.
